Electronic jacquard machine HEJ160 are particularly suitable for personalizing flat fabrics with written selvedges. They can be equipped with a max. number of 72 hooks, combinations can be made depending on the numbers of the hooks required.

The HEJ160 delivered perfect with the adapter elements needed for all different types of looms. The unit is driven by a timing belt, the harness is built in on each jacquard head, which make the unit extremely compact. Each machine has its own electrical power supply and is equipped with HJC2 controller which is designed for HEJ160,this guarantees total compatibility for all types of weaving looms.
The HJC2 is very popular among the users owing to its embedded real-time operating system, easy-operation & reliable feature. It can read, modify, save and transmit patterns, by reliable transmitting way to control M5 module's movement.
When several heads are used together different inscription and logotypes can be woven with each head using the HJC2 controller.
It allows access to important functions in real time, even while weaving. A user friendly high definition touch screen allows the user to select the various functions and consult all the necessary information. |

The M5 module( which can compatible Staubli's module) has compact sealed and low energy consume features. By working with double lift open shed, it make sure the shed heights from 30mm to 120mm . Systematically supplies the pulley sets, drive board ,electromagnet, ribbon, harness cord, the heddle, the return spring, the hook system with modules and so on. |
